Growing up in China and Burma, we were both passionate athletes who faced the same challenge—not a lack of effort, but a lack of access to personalized coaching and mentorship. We worked hard in practice and showed up to every game ready to compete, yet we never had a mentor who could break down our game film, help us understand our decisions, or strengthen the mental side of our game.
That knowledge was locked behind expensive private coaching or NCAA programs most athletes never reach. We knew smart, dedicated athletes who deserved better.
So we built OAM — a platform that connects youth athletes directly with NCAA and professional coaches for 1-on-1 game film analysis and mental performance training, accessible from anywhere in the world.
